History

Mission

Founder Wanda Frey Joiner was inspired after                   attending Kiwanis “ladies' night” party.

In 1919, one year before women in the United States                           won the right to vote, she and five business women                             inspired to serve, founded Quota International as the                           first international women’s service organization.

Quota took hold in Central Oregon in 1977 and has been sustained solely by volunteers and generous donor ever since then.  International has since dissolved however we remain linked to Quota USA and we continue to focus on serving Central Oregonians.

We are always welcoming new members. Quota provides a great opportunity to enjoy time with new friends while serving the community.

Please contact us to attend as a guest or presenter.  We'd love to have you!
