The Three Sisters Open (TSO) is an annual golf tournament open to women of all abilities from beginner golfer to professional. We celebrated the TSO's 25th anniversary at our 2019 tournament!
The TSO is the primary fundraiser for our scholarship programs. Founded by the women in the Leadership Bend Class of 1994, The Bend Women's Scholarship Fund was later turned over to Quota for managing in 1999. We have carried on the mission of the fund which was intended to increase and expand the educational opportunities for women in Central Oregon.
Need based scholarships are awarded to women who are changing careers, re-entering the workplace (after raising a family), starting their education or wishing to expand their current career. Approximately $15,000 is awarded yearly!
The tournament is hosted by local golf courses including the originating club, Eagle Crest, Widgi Creek Golf Club, Bend Golf & Country Club, Juniper, and Aspen Lakes. Hosting clubs donate all or a large portion of the green fees along with countless hours of staff time to ensure an enjoyable, smooth running tournament. Other local clubs donate to, or promote participation in, the event the event.
The tournament has become an event that golfers look forward to as evidenced by the fact that rosters fill quickly. Over 400 golfers receive invitations and come from all over Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and even California. Many teams have been playing together since the inception of the tournament in 1994.

Join us for a Black & White Holiday Gala at our 2019 Holiday Dinner, Silent Auction and Dance on Friday, November 15th at The Riverhouse Convention Center!
We are excited to announce that this year's oral auction is being replaced by a live band - Precious Byrd/HighStreet Band combo! In addition to music and dancing the evening include a tasty plated dinner, Della's Dessert Dash, a lively Silent Auction and a 50/50 drawing. This is a great opportunity to get a head start on your holiday gift shopping! This year's theme is Black & White.
Our annual Holiday Dinner and Auction is a both a fun and lively function which also serves as one of our primary fundraisers. Last year the proceeds from our "Raise the Paddle" went to two very worthy non-profits; "Buelah's House" to support their transitional housing programs for young adults aging out of foster care, and "Adler's Voice" to purchase communication devices. Other auction donations will fund a variety of Quota endeavors that support local hearing & speech impaired, and programs for disadvantaged women and children in Central Oregon.
We are currently accepting submission for this year's "Raise the Paddle". To be considered, groups can submit their requests using Funding Request Form for groups found on our Services page.
